All data is encrypted both at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We support multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO). We are SOC 2 certified, and only retain personal data to the extent necessary to provide Software to our customers. We do not share data between customers. See our Privacy Policy for more.
All data inputs and outputs related to your deployment remain exclusively in your environment. This means that your data is NOT available to other customers, and cannot be stored or remembered by the foundational model (GPTs are “stateless”). Access controls and authorization are customizable for each role or function, and we default to providing the least rights necessary. Only permissioned roles at your company will have access to your client data.
You have control over specifying which geography your client data will be stored and processed. We default to US-based deployments unless otherwise specified by our customers. We will not store or process customer data outside your geo without your authorization.

Connect to your video meeting software (Zoom, Teams, Meet), and Focal will automatically take notes on your behalf. After meetings, you will have a full transcript, summaries, and key takeaways that can be synced with your CRM. You also have the option to manually upload recorded meetings. You have control over which meetings do vs do not get recorded.
